Self-Storage Facility
This is an exciting project that consists of three existing buildings that were formerly part of a needle factory and will be converted to a self-storage facility. In total, it is approximately 40,000 square feet.
Colp Design & Consulting LLC was hired by Leading Edge Construction to work as the Project Manager to assist the client's team with overall coordination and scheduling.
