Middletown Multi-Family

This  project consists of two homes, one single-family, and one two-family. They are being built on an existing lot that the owners currently have property on. Both homes are approximately 2,300 square feet. 
 

Colp Design & Consulting LLC was hired to work as the Owner Project Manager and assist with finish selections, which consists of daily coordination between the general contractor and architect, work with the clients to select finishes, reviewing submittals, leading weekly coordination meetings, on-site inspections and progress reports to the owner.
